Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to start my website project?
Ideally, you need a registered business name, logo, branding assets like your colors, fonts, and your products/services nailed down.  Anything else we can work on together.

What other costs come with a website?
Websites are a living breathing thing and do require monthly costs to keep it going.  There are monthly hosting fees, fees for plug-ins if you used any, payment processing fees if you are an ecommerce shop, and fees to keep your domain name.  I believe in total transparency so I will give you any fees to you up front.  This way, you can decide what you truly need to make the most impact.

How long does this process take?
The normal turnaround time for a website is 8-12 weeks, depending on the size of your project and how quickly feedback is provided.  Logos and branding can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks.  This is a completely custom design so we take the time to perfect every detail for the most impact.

I am not techy at all…is that going to be a problem?
Not at all!  Not everyone is good with tech so I have created my process to be simple for even the least techy person out there and I walk with you the whole way.  Any and all questions are welcome!

Will I be able to update my site on my own when it’s done?
Absolutely!  I use Webflow for most of my projects (Shopify if you are a large ecommerce business) and they offer an editor that is super user-friendly.  I do offer hosting and maintenance packages if you prefer me to keep it updated for you.  This gives you more time to work on your goals.

Do you have packages to pick from?
I believe you should only pay for what you need so I personalize each proposal to fit exactly that.  Everything is custom to you, all the way down to the proposal.
